Those qualities extend to all the senior members of his team, who take the time to walk new agents through technology and lead procurement . They are supportive and endlessly patient, and are always readily available to assist. I was anxious to make the jump from a salaried position into real estate, and all of my conversations with Chad before I made the decision really made it an easy choice. The Hauer Team already had systems of success set up, all I had to do was plug myself and my efforts into them. I got licensed to join the team, and I've never looked back. I could not have anticipated how being on a team with such high-achieving people could help me to reach my own potential. When I joined, Chad sat down with me and we went over my goals for the next 5 years (something I had never even done up to that point). I had written down goals that I was LAUGHING about internally (how could I ever do this? that will never happen, but it'd be nice...) but I wrote them down, nonetheless.
