My name is Chad Hauer and real estate is in my blood. My dad was a successful broker for 42 years, but initially, a real estate career was the last thing I wanted to do. My dad was always working while I was growing up (I didn’t see him much), and I didn’t want to do the same thing to my family. I actually wanted to be a firefighter at first. I went through the academy while also helping my dad part-time in the background. Eventually, he convinced me to get my license one summer after I realized that my ceiling at the Fire Department was limited and it was a bit more political than I had imagined. I essentially got licensed just so my dad would stop bugging me.

My first transaction was a disaster, but it was also a revelation. Being able to guide someone through a challenging process felt amazing to me. Since then, I’ve built a successful real estate business that can survive in any type of market. I’ve been a top-producing agent for the past 18 years, a professional business coach, and increased my team’s gross commission income by 91% this last year while simultaneously increasing profits by 108% (all without increasing the number of agents on the team).

  • What’s your split? 50/50 (we cover all of your expenses outlined above)
  • How long have agents been on your team? Amber Marie has been with us for seven years, while Jeremy has been with us for six years. Agent attrition will always be a factor in our industry, however, we don’t have a revolving door like most teams. We are more like a family.
  • Is there room for me to grow within this team? Absolutely!
